Use the site responsibly. Don't spam, harass, or post stuff that isn't yours. Reviews and photos you post are public and may be shared by us. We can remove content that breaks the rules. We're not Disney.

Acceptance

By using Theme Park Foodie, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

These Terms apply to everyone who visits Theme Park Foodie, whether or not you have an account.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Theme Park Foodie or create an account. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you may only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date
• Protect your password — you are responsible for activity on your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Create only one account per person, unless we authorize otherwise

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including for abuse, fraud, impersonation, or evading prior bans.

User Content

You retain ownership of the reviews, photos, lists, comments, and other content you submit to Theme Park Foodie ("User Content").

When you submit User Content, you grant Theme Park Foodie a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, display, distribute, reproduce, modify (including for formatting, resizing, or moderation), and create derivative works of that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving Theme Park Foodie and any related services we may offer.

You confirm that:

• The content is yours, or you have permission from the rights holder to share it
• The content does not violate the rights (privacy, publicity, intellectual property, contract) of any third party
• The content is not defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, or otherwise unlawful

You may delete your User Content at any time. Copies in backups, caches, and anonymized aggregations may persist for a reasonable period after deletion.

Acceptable Use

When using Theme Park Foodie you agree NOT to:

• Post content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Post content that infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights
• Post photos of people without their consent, or photos depicting minors in ways their parents or guardians would not approve
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Spam, post manipulated or fake reviews, or accept undisclosed compensation in exchange for reviews
• Probe for security vulnerabilities except through good-faith coordinated disclosure
• Scrape, mass-download, or automate access to the site beyond what robots.txt permits
• Use the site to send unsolicited messages or commercial promotions
• Interfere with site operation, including by overwhelming requests or bypassing security controls

We may publish Community Guidelines with more specific rules; those Guidelines are part of these Terms.

Reporting and Moderation

You can report content that violates these Terms using the reporting tools on the site (or via the contact form). We review reports and may remove content, suspend accounts, or escalate to law enforcement as we determine appropriate. Our moderation decisions are at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

Theme Park Foodie's original content, design, code, and trademarks (excluding User Content) are owned by Theme Park Foodie or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or build derivative works from our original content without permission.

Disney, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and related marks are trademarks of The Walt Disney Company. We use these marks for informational and descriptive purposes only. Theme Park Foodie is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company.

DMCA and Copyright Claims

If you believe content on Theme Park Foodie infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes everything required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to the DMCA contact published at /dmca (or via the contact form with subject "DMCA Notice"). We will respond as required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Accuracy of Information

Restaurant details, menu items, prices, hours, allergy information, and availability change frequently. Theme Park Foodie makes no warranty that any information on the site is current, complete, or accurate. Always verify with the restaurant or Disney directly before making decisions based on information you see here, especially decisions involving food allergies, special dietary needs, or medical conditions.

Disclaimers

Theme Park Foodie is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Theme Park Foodie and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100.00).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Theme Park Foodie and its operators harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the site, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using Theme Park Foodie at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including Terms violations or extended inactivity.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including the User Content license, intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Theme Park Foodie will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of Theme Park Foodie after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
